Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate it too much.
  • Spread the mixture into a serving dish and top with 1 cup of strawberry pie filling.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Serving

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Make ahead by preparing it a day prior, covering, and refrigerating, adding extra toppings just before serving.
