  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir in sliced strawberries and chocolate chips.
  • Divide the mixture into jars or containers.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serving

  • In the morning, give it a stir, add more strawberries or chocolate chips if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Store the overnight oats in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to five days. Fresh strawberries yield the best flavor, but frozen are also suitable. Experiment with toppings such as nuts, seeds, or other fruits.
