  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Fully melted for easy mixing.

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • Taco shells or waffle cones Can use store-bought for convenience.

Preparation of Taco Shells

  • In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  • Shape the mixture into taco shells and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until golden.

Preparation of Cheesecake Filling

  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Assembly

  • Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture.
  • Top with diced strawberries.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

- Store the filled tacos in an airtight container in the fridge but keep the taco shells and cheesecake mixture separate until ready to eat. Assemble just before serving for best results. - Can experiment with different fruits or add a layer of chocolate ganache inside the taco shells.
