Base Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers

Pudding Mixture

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup whipped topping You can whip heavy cream for richer flavor.

Topping and Filling

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate or vanilla frosting Feel free to use flavored frosting.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the milk and instant pudding mix. Whisk together for about 2-3 minutes until thickened, then set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes of stirring with a hand mixer.
  • Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it's fully incorporated and smooth.

Layering

  • Begin layering: Place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of your dish, followed by a generous layer of the pudding mixture.
  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  • Continue to repeat the layers until you reach the top of your dish, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  • Spread frosting over the final layer of pudding. If desired, garnish the top with extra strawberry slices for added color and freshness.

Chill

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld beautifully.
