Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Place the cubed bread evenly in the greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
