Ingredients
  

For the Brownies

  • 1 box box of brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

For the Topping

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with whipped coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust the sweetness based on your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish and bake according to package instructions.
  • Once cooled, cut brownies into squares.

Whipping Cream

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Assembly

  • Assemble by placing a brownie square on a plate, adding sliced strawberries, and topping with whipped cream. Repeat for additional layers.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be kept for later in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Add fresh strawberries and whipped cream when ready to serve again. For a fun twist, layer chocolate ganache on top before strawberries and whipped cream, or swap strawberries for other berries for a mixed berry dessert.
