  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen blueberries can be used.
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped Chop just before adding to maintain crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled Can be substituted with goat cheese if preferred.

Dressing and Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic glaze Can substitute with a vinaigrette or lemon juice.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.
  • Add chopped pecans and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.

Notes
