Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until well coated.
  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to coat the wings well with the sauce for the best flavor. For extra crunch, bake the wings on a wire rack placed over the baking sheet. Feel free to adjust the amount of hot sauce to suit your heat preference. Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. You can also try different flavors by adding spices like paprika or chili powder or marinating the wings overnight.
