These slow-cooked steak bites are the definition of cozy comfort food. Cooked until tender in a rich garlic butter sauce, they're perfect for busy nights, meal prep, or lazy weekends. Minimal effort, maximum flavor!

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sirloin or chuck steak cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth low-sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper adjust to taste
  • fresh parsley optional, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Optional: Sear beef chunks in a hot skillet with a little oil for 2-3 minutes to add flavor.
  • Add steak bites to the slow cooker. Pour in melted butter, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for about 2.5 hours until steak is tender.
  • Stir well before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or with crusty bread.

Notes

Use low-sodium broth to control saltiness. You can skip searing the meat to save time. To thicken the sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and add during the last 30 minutes.
