  • 1 ball Creamy burrata cheese
  • 1 Juicy tomatoes Choose ripe, flavorful tomatoes for the best taste.
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Preparation

  • Toast the sourdough bread until crispy.
  • Slice the juicy tomatoes and season them with salt and pepper.
  • Place the burrata cheese on top of the toast.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes and scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with a light salad or a glass of wine. Cut into smaller pieces if serving as finger food. Best enjoyed immediately, but leftovers can be stored separately in airtight containers for up to two days.
