Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay out a tortilla on a clean, flat surface.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the tortilla.
  • Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese across the sauce.
  • Add your choice of optional toppings.
  • Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla.
  • Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces.

Baking

  • Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes
