Ingredients
  

For the Berry Filling

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch You can use all-purpose flour as a substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour.
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar Coconut sugar can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Add a pinch of nutmeg for variation.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Can substitute with coconut oil or vegan butter.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture over the berry mixture in the baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for about 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm or at room temperature. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
