  • Add 1 pound of ground turkey and break it apart as it cooks, around 5–7 minutes until browned.
  • Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Add 1 chopped bell pepper and 2 cups of chopped spinach. Cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until everything is tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
