Preparation

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  • Cut feta cheese into similar-sized cubes.
  • On each skewer, thread a piece of watermelon, followed by a piece of feta, and then a mint leaf.
  • Repeat until the skewers are filled.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

You can prepare the skewers ahead of time and drizzle balsamic glaze just before serving for better presentation. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within a day or two for freshness.
