Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and crumbled feta cheese. Mix gently.
  • Add the chopped mint leaves and toss lightly.

  • Gently toss all ingredients until well mixed, being careful not to mush the watermelon.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
