  • 8 oz lasagna noodles Break them into pieces before adding.
  • 2 cups heavy cream Makes the soup rich and luscious.
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh or frozen Adds nutrients and color.

Cheeses

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Creates creaminess and texture.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Melts to bubbly goodness.

Seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large pot, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent and fragrant.

Cooking

  • Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
  • Break lasagna noodles into pieces and add them to the soup. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Serving

  • Serve hot with crusty bread.

Notes

Don’t overcook the noodles, as they will continue to soften. Fresh herbs can enhance the dish. Modify cheese types according to preference.
