Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for grilling

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Cooking

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat. Drizzle a small amount of cooking oil to coat the surface.
  • Add the cut chicken pieces to the grill. Let them cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Pour the prepared orange sauce over the chicken on the grill. Stir to coat the chicken pieces evenly, continuing to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
  • Remove the dish from the grill, garnish with the chopped green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

Best served hot over rice or steamed vegetables. Pair with a refreshing drink, like iced green tea. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
