Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1/4 cup honey Substitute with maple syrup or agave for alternatives.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free version.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces Cut uniformly for even cooking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and gently toss them until evenly coated with the honey garlic mixture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and golden on edges.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot alongside rice, veggies, or salads.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, lay flat on a tray to freeze before transferring to a freezer-safe bag.
