Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, milk, and salt. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides, ensuring everything is well incorporated.
  • Whisk until well combined and smooth, about 1-2 minutes. You'll know it's ready when there are no lumps and it has a silky consistency.

Churning and Freezing

  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency, typically around 20-30 minutes.
  • Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Serving

  • Serve coffee ice cream straight from the freezer. For an ideal serving temperature, let it sit out for about 5-10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

Tips: Chill your mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for about 10 minutes before use for better whipping. Store in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn, lasts up to 2 weeks.
