Ingredients
  

For the Trifles

  • 1 cup whipped cream Use homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding Cooked or instant pudding
  • 1 cup fresh mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.) Wash and chop fruits as needed
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies or sponge cake Can be broken into smaller pieces if needed
  • to taste Mint leaves for garnish Adds a fresh flavor and decoration

Preparation

  • In a clear cup or jar, start by layering pieces of ladyfinger cookies or sponge cake at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of vanilla pudding over the cake layer.
  • Follow with a layer of whipped cream.
  • Add a generous layer of mixed fresh fruits.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and a few pieces of fruit on top.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the trifles a few hours in advance or even the day before. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
