Instructions
 

Grilling Nectarines

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Cut the nectarines in half, remove the pit, and brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  • Place the nectarines cut-side down on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
  • Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.

Preparing Salad Base

  • Arrange the mixed salad greens on a large platter or individual serving plates.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Assembling Salad

  • Slice the grilled nectarines into wedges and distribute them over the greens.
  • Tear the burrata into large pieces and scatter it across the salad.
  • Artfully lay the prosciutto slices over the top.

Finishing Touches

  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or mint.
