Ingredients
  

For the stuffing

  • 1.5 cups shredded cooked chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided Reserve 1 cup for topping.
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley

For the shells

  • 21 jumbo shells jumbo pasta shells Cooked according to package directions.

For the sauce

  • 1 15-oz jar Alfredo sauce Store-bought for convenience.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
  • Cook the pasta shells according to the package directions. Once done, drain the shells and set them aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and dried parsley. Mix them well to create the filling.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese and chicken mixture. Place the stuffed shells in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure they are well coated. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Baking

  • Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan cheese. Pair them with a salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. If you prefer a spicy version, consider adding red pepper flakes.
