Ingredients

  • 2 cans cans of baked beans
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to preference

Preparation

  • Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baked beans, BBQ sauce, diced bacon, chopped onion, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well-mixed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a disposable aluminum pan.

Cooking

  • Place the pan in the smoker and let it cook for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the smoker and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. The beans can be used as a filling for tacos or on baked potatoes as well.
